Gary A. Gearhart, CRS, ABR

Gary ’s forte is new construction and land development. He has used his extensive knowledge of inventory; house design, product features and suppliers to empower the Turner Company’s homebuyers and professional homebuilders to make informed satisfying decisions.

As a member of the Turner Company for over 15 years, Gary has been involved with every aspect of the construction of custom homes from site and model selection to final completion and closing. He has been instrumental in the land acquisition and development for the Turner Company. Working successfully with local and State agencies in the land planning and permitting process in over 12 new subdivisions throughout Anchorage and the Valley.

Gary is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). In addition he is a past president of the Anchorage Board of Realtors and a member of the Anchorage and Mat-Su Home Builders Associations.
